Payment Portals

Please login by Customer Portal and see instructions below.

Step 1: Access the Portal

  1. Click on the link above to access the portal
  2. Click “Forgot or Reset Password”
  3. Enter your email or phone number, and click “Send Text Message” or “Send Email”:
  4. Enter the reset code received via email or text message and set your new password

Step 2: Set Up Your Wallet (Payment Method)

  1. Once logged in, click on “Wallet”
  2. Click “Add Wallet”
  3. Choose payment type, enter your payment details and save

Step 3: Make a One-Time Payment

  1. Go to “Make a Payment” or “Pay Bill”
  2. Review your Total Balance for the total amount owed, or current charges for the most recent invoice.
  3. Select your saved payment method from the wallet or add a new one
  4. Click “Process Payment” to complete your payment

Step 4: Set Up Automatic Payments (Optional but Recommended!)

  1. Click on “Manage Auto Pay”
  2. Choose your timing (Enable Automatic Payments)
  3. Select your payment method from the wallet
  4. Set a Maximum Payment amount , hit save to activate AutoPay

AutoPay ensures you never miss a payment and avoid late fees and service shutoff.
